• We are certified to ISO 9001 since May 2005 (TÜV SÜD).

• We have Certified IPC-specialist from IPC-A-610 standard, "Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies".

• Complete production area and production process are ESD protected.

• For each project is created a unique »TTD « (Technical Technological Documentation or »special working instructions« ), which is accessible on Tablet PC, where we can find all requirements (BOM, layout, special characteristics…) and detailed technological procedure.

• Approval of process is digital with password identification, password defines if an employee is competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills, and experience for the specific process.

• With our sophisticated IT system, we ensure full traceability and identification of all components and products through the complete production process and maintain records.

• We use quality tools as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP (EMPB), 8D problem-solving methodology and others…

• We continually improve the effectiveness of our management system, processes, and products. For continuous improvement, we use a four-step quality model PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT.

• Our main goal is to fulfill and exceed all Customers requirements and expectations and put Customer satisfaction on the highest level.
